Lakefront Cabin 4

Available May to mid-October. Winter bookings** there are no boat rentals, kayaks or paddle boards between Oct 15-April 30. Our beautifully newly renovated lakefront cabins are steps from the lakefront, firepit and provide amazing views!

Occupancy Limit: Lakefront cabins sleep 4 single adults or a family of 6 (Max 4 adults at any time).

Dog Friendly: Our property has a limit of how many dogs can be on the property at one time, please let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog. We allow 2 small dogs under 30 lbs OR 1 larger dog over 30 lbs. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be on leash while outside of the cabin.

Parking: Each cabin is assigned 2 parking spots, any visitors of staying guests MUST park in front of the office or in the parking lot.

• 1 bedroom with queen bed & linens, 2 x pillows, & blanket

• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds & linens, 1x pillow & blanket each bed

• Futon or sleeper couch in the living room, great for 1 single adult or two kids, linens by request

• Soap, air freshener, toilet paper

• Full set of linens & blanket for each bed (Extra set for futon available from office on request for no charge)

What should guests bring?

• Food, spices and coffee grounds! The store is not far away in case you forget something!

• Preferred pillows/blankets, we provide the basics, everyone tends to have their favorite pillow, so ours may not cut it for you!

• Extra towels, swim towels (our bath towels are not to be used at the beach!)

Things to Remember

Early Check ins are not available due to cleaning, please do not expect to get your keys before 3pm on check in day.

Double check the max occupancy limit for your rental cabin, if you arrive with extra guests over and above the limit, the extra guests will be turned away if another cabin is not available to book! (Occupancy limits are required by our insurance for fire and safety reasons. )

• Housekeeping is NOT provided during your stay

• We expect cabins are left clean with dishes washed/dried/put away

• NO A/C but fans are provided (due to elevation, our evenings are cooler)

If cabins are left dirty, an excess cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card, which is required upon arrival for incidentals!
